Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences Conference

June 21-24, 2017
University of Arizon, Tucson, AZ

This is a non-Hopkins event.

The Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences (AESS) serves faculty, students and staff of interdisciplinary environmental programs in North America and around the world. As part of the Association's work to facilitate professional development, they offer an annual conference. This year's theme addresses environment, wellness, and communities across disciplines.

The 2017 AESS annual conference will begin with pre-conference workshops on June 21, followed by an evening reception and keynote shared with colleagues from the Council of Environmental Deans and Directors and the Community College Alliance for Sustainability Education. On June 22, the conference will begin with a plenary panel and discussion about the future of environmental studies and sciences programs. The rest of the conference will include presentations, panels, and posters, as well as field trips, a film night, and our annual membership meeting.
